Landscape Photographer Darryl Wilkinson has spent his life surrounded by the natural beauty of lakes, red bluffs, towering hoodoos, and the multi colored mesas of Utah.
At the age of eight, he was diagnosed with diabetes and became associated with Camp UTADA (Utah American Diabetes Association), the foundation for Children and Youth with Diabetes. It was here, while learning to control his diabetes, that Darryl began to notice the beauty of nature.
Later in his life while working as a commercial roofer, standing on rooftops, gazing at the amazing view, Darryl’s Vision was influenced, and a landscape photographer was born.
Although Darryl is first a landscape photographer, his talent goes beyond, to wildlife, and portrait photography.
His work has been featured in Dinosaurland Travel Guide promoting Northeastern Utah.
And since 2005, he has been a member of BetterPhoto.com where he has won awards for his photography.
